Isnt there some IP tracker system that would prevent a user from forming multiple accounts to the forum???? Then full accountability would be assured for those that have abused the system and are in bad standing with the forum for whatever reason.

yes there is but if you go to your friends house across town, it is harder to track IP address

When you purchase a coupon, if you are in default, the cost of the coupon will be increased by 15 points.

Those 15 points (every time you buy a coupon while in default) will be sent to the person you owe points to OR the insurance bank.

It's not a ton of points, but just enough to remind you to pay your debts.

Ok, i go into default now and again, BUT NOT AT THE MOMENT AND AM DENIED A 135 COUPON?????????/ PAST TENSE! OK how about the people that are in default to me seems like forever now, never to be seen again supposedly. i applied for ins. that gives me like 2 point a month. Dont seem right. Ins. should pay immediately for peeps that have been here maybe a certain amount of time or something like that????????????
