If this simply means that payouts for the promos from BCP will simply have a 24 hr delay to them I do not mind at all. Id rather wait 24 hours then not be able to participate in the promos at all

I think waiting 24 hours for promo payouts is better than not being able to participate in these promos at all on BCP.

yes because in the real world "24 hour delay" means immediately :| and yes zab go for it as poof said 24 hours is better than not at all
